One such developmental theories Indicates that the problem begins when children are toddlers they have Difficulty learning apart from their primary attachment figure, and so, their Autonomous abilities do not correctly or fully develop. Learning theory suggests the characteristics of ODD are only learned attitudes which reflect the Effects of negative reinforcements which are generally used by parents and authority figures.
